Legals Only Ceremony

 

This is the simplest of all ceremonies with only yourselves and your witnesses present.

With the current climate, a lot of couples are choosing to get married now, and have bigger (non-legal) ceremony with all the bells and whistles later on. This ceremony is very quick as we will only cover the necessary legal requirements.


•    The ceremony takes place at my home office or your home. (additional travel fee may apply)


•   Includes completion of Notice of Intended Marriage a minimum of 1 month prior to the ceremony, and preparation of all legal requirements.

•    printed Marriage Certificate presented on the day.

 

•    Online registration of marriage with the Department of Births, Deaths and Marriages (BDM).

 

•    Ordering your Marriage Certificate from the Department of Births, Deaths and Marriages

                                                                   (additional charges apply in accordance with the Dept of BDM).


•    Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance for your ceremony.

Quick & Easy Ceremony

This is your registry style ceremony, where it’s just you, your witnesses and maybe your parents and kids. (no more than 10 people)


•    The ceremony takes place in one of the lovely parks in my local area, or at your home.


•    You get to choose from 2 already pre-written ceremonies

                                                                              – but we can always include your personal vows.


•    Includes first 50km return travel

                                            – additional fees may apply (@ $1 per km extra, tolls and parking fees).


•    Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance for your ceremony.

Standard Ceremony

My Standard Package is the most popular as it provides you with a ceremony tailored to you, ensuring that it is everything you have ever dreamed of - even includes your love story.


This package gives you;


•    Unlimited contact with me via phone, email or face-to-face.

•    A Marriage Ceremony Samples Guide – full of helpful information and samples.

•    Sighting identification, completion and lodgement of Notice of Intended Marriage, and all other legal requirements as per the State Authority.

•    rehearsal or run-through of ceremony.
•    Choice of 2 signing tables.
•    Use of my PA System on the ceremony, including wireless microphones, and playing of ceremony music.
•    printed Marriage Certificate presented on the day.
•    Online registration of marriage with the Department of Births, Deaths and Marriages (BDM).
•    Ordering your Marriage Certificate from the Department of Births, Deaths and Marriages (additional charges apply in accordance with the Dept of BDM).
•    Includes first 100km return travel – additional fees may apply (@ $1 per km extra, tolls & parking fees).

The Complete Package

Why not combine the Standard Ceremony & the MC/Host into one complete package.

 

Everything in the Standard Package creating your Perfect Wedding Ceremony – then follow right through, to the end of your Special Day – I will coordinate your entire day.

The host is the GLUE of the reception.

My job as your Professional Wedding Ceremony Host is to make sure the evening goes as smoothly as possible, taking the pressure off the happy couple and their family and allowing everyone to forget about the practical concerns of the event and focus on having a good time.

Once your beautiful ceremony concludes, you will receive;

•    A professional Host, Communicator, Central Point & Essential Link, Ring Master, Advisor!
•    It will be my job to always be aware of what’s happening next and what’s happening after that.
•    prompting people to be ready for their part and anticipating the flow and the possible things that could interrupt it.
•    It is my job to be on top of exactly how YOU want your Wedding Reception to run and help you make that happen.
•    It is my role to be the central link point, the person that links all other service providers together – Photographer, Videographer, DJ, Entertainers, and everyone else involved, including your guests.
•    I will be the go-to person, who will ensure everything is exactly the way you planned it.
